Hi, I’m Liz.
I am a psychotherapist licensed in New Jersey and New York. I am passionate about helping others find a path to mental wellness, and I have dedicated my career to doing so for more than fifteen years. In my private practice, I see patients via telehealth. Virtual sessions allow for deep reflection and opportunities to shift perspectives from the comfort of your home.
Some of my specialties include how to cope with and manage anxiety, navigating through challenging life transitions and/or grief, parenting struggles, and finding strategies to manage life stressors. I aim to create an environment where clients feel validated and gain a different perspective, allowing them to see real improvements and feel more confident in their everyday lives.
To best support my client’s unique needs and circumstances, I incorporate different approaches into sessions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, and/or mindfulness. Over time, with each meeting, I intend to build a safe and supportive environment and tailor each appointment to address my client’s challenges.
